is there a fee involved in finding a position?
No, there is no fee to the candidate. Your salary history and expectations are discussed during the interview process and are negotiated on your behalf to potential employers.
does HRi place only project employees?
No, HRi also specializes in project to direct hire and direct hire opportunities.
what happens to my resume once I submit it to HRi?
If qualified, a HRi recruiter will contact you within a timely manner. An interview will be scheduled to go over your background and job search criteria as well as your career objectives. A marketing plan will then be customized to meet your specific career needs.
will my resume be sent out to potential companies without my knowledge?
Never. Your resume will not be distributed without your prior consent. A HRi recruiter will discuss the job description, location, work environment and any applicable information with you before sending your resume to any of our client companies.
how long is the average project assignment?
Lengths of assignment vary and are generally based on the client company's needs or internal requirements.
when on a project assignment, who is my employer?
HRi is your employer. HRi provides weekly paychecks to our project employees.
how often are paychecks issued?
HRi candidates who are working on a project basis are paid weekly.
as a project employee, would I be responsible for filing quarterly taxes and taking care of all my deductions?
By being a HRi employee and filling out a W-2 form, HRi is able to take care of all your payroll deductions for you.
how long does it take to find an assignment?
The length of time varies greatly depending on your skills and current market conditions. After meeting with a recruiter and evaluating your skills and needs, the process can be very fast. Specialized skills, location preference, requirements, rates and the market can extend this period of time.
