The HR Business Partner consults with, and influences the Business Leaders in the effective deployment and utilization of human capital and aligns human resources priorities with the business agenda by delivering comprehensive and fully integrated, sustainable human resources programs.

Implement HR processes and projects that fit business requirements and are aligned with divisional HR plans and budget. •Lead the effective implementation of divisional HR plans and initiatives across all assigned customer groups to ensure achievement of objectives. Communicate information and ensure customers and HR reports comply with HR policy and external law and regulation to deliver HR best practices. •Partner with HR colleagues to improve processes within the Company to increase the level and quality of service provided to internal and external customers. •Facilitate the annual salary review and incentive bonus processes, liaising with HR colleagues and senior line managers as appropriate. •Provide advice, guidance and information on HR matters to business managers to support decision-making. Establish close working relationships to understand business objectives and requirements to assist in the timely delivery of people related solutions. •Develop strong working relationships and establish appropriate communication channels. •Partner with human resource colleagues in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits to ensure holistic delivery of human resources support to the business. •Provide expert consultation in organizational effectiveness to business management, specifically thought leadership focused on: talent identification, development and management, resource management, strategic optimization of organizational structure; and change management-design change processes to take organization through change transformation. •Lead the implementation of Corporate HR processes and programs for internal client business unit groups. This includes delivery and execution of the performance management, employee development, talent management, compensation and workforce planning processes. Work closely with the recruitment team to develop role profiles and define core competencies for specific roles. •Work with Senior HRBPs and assigned business segments/managers to implement business and company-sponsored programs. •May lead a small group of HR Business Partner (2-3 HR Professionals located at two sites) who coach managers and associates on a variety of Human Resource issues related to business strategies and practices. • Select, develop, motivate, train, and retain a competent staff to ensure appropriate staffing resources. Develop a learning culture in HR to share and develop skills and capability in people management, organizational design, and culture development.
