We are looking for an experienced OE/OD Manager to join a Global, Professional Services organization, based in NYC.

This role will manage the design, development, project management and maintenance of multiple large scale/complex Americas-wide programs centered around organizational capability and human performance.

This position has 5 direct reports.

qualification
Minimum of 10 years of recent, relevant, progressive experience
